There are two total access points: a rear entry from the fire-escape stairwell and the front door of the building. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, or $300 for 29+ days. Conveniently located in the heart of London on Queens Ave, this apartment is close to groceries, the LCBO, and eateries. It's just 3 minutes from the downtown core and Fanshawe College, with easy access to public transit. The apartment is 1.5 km from the city's core, where you can find an abundance of bars, restaurants, shopping, and event centers. Additionally, a 5 km drive to Western University and Fanshawe College makes this a prime location. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches, chairs, and beds, and any evidence of damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. Guests will be charged $500 for parties or undeclared social gatherings. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Security cameras monitor the entrance of the home for safety and security, and tampering with these cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. A noise sensor measures the decibel level inside the stay, and tampering with this noise device will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. The rear fire escape is to only be used during an emergency. There is a late check-out penalty of $100/hr after 11:00 a.m. if there is a delayed check-out.
