The backyard backs to open space and beautiful views can be enjoyed from the deck and patio. A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $4,300 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for 12+ month lease only. As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, and cable TV payments. Water, sewer, and trash are included. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and deck/patio in the winter. Use of the alarm system (ADT) is optional. If the resident decides to activate the system, they are responsible financially for the account.
