New management
New owners took over and they fixed up everything while renovating the older units and met the needs of the tenants!

Apartment Are Neglected By Landlord
These apartments do have potential. Unfortunately trash piles up all around the dumpster,important fixtures in the apartments are not kept in working condition,and tenants are moving out when their rent is due so the Landlord constantly leases to substandard tenants. Security is lacking due to poor lighting conditions. Many of the apts. have been broken in repeatedly. Landlord is never around to keep the apartments up and that is the downfall of these units. Hopefully a new owner will take over and upgrade the conditions.
