This condo features all the necessary kitchen appliances to make yourself at home and enjoy a meal indoors. Other things to Note: This property is completely non-smoking (including E-cigarettes and Vape pens) This property does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. We only rent to families and adults over the age of 25. This condo is not pet-friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals and is available from November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Rent is $1,350 per month, the security deposit is $1000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
