The unit has new paint throughout with new baseboards, bathroom fixtures and toilets. All cabinets are newly resurfaced, with new kitchen countertop and sink. The oven is new and the refrigerator, dishwasher and HVAC unit are one-year old. All electrical outlets & lighting fixtures are new. The bedrooms are similar in size. The primary measures approximately 11 by 12 feet with two closets with sliding doors and an attached private bathroom with two sinks, a shower/tub (newly refinished) and toilet.
