About This Home
I’m a 30 year old male public school teacher looking for somebody to move into an empty room in the 2 bedroom townhouse where I am living. The room will become available on March 1st and the rent for the room is $895 per month (utilities are not included). The townhouse is located in a nice area of Alpharetta near Avalon Mall. You will have your own bathroom. The townhouse includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I am open to either gender. I am looking for somebody who is respectful and ideally in their 20s or 30s. At night I have a difficult time sleeping without a cool room, so I am looking for somebody who doesn’t mind having the AC on at night (around 64 degrees or less). Please reach out if you are interested.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
