Your Private Space Includes: Exclusive access to your own private back wing (via a sliding pocket door): Features your furnished bedroom (approx. 12'x11') with a comfortable queen-size bed, nightstand, and dresser(s) for ample storage; a generous closet; a spacious, durable woven laundry basket for convenient laundry sorting and transport; a smart TV for private entertainment; and a dedicated bathroom primarily for your use. A spare bedroom in the wing is available for occasional family visits (see details below). Homeowner may require brief access to the spare room (approx. 1-2x/month) with advance notice and knocking for storage needs—your privacy is prioritized. Extra storage options can be arranged if needed. Includes a half-bath in the pool area with large towels, plus a Total Gym and dumbbells in the lanai for your workouts.
