This rental includes water, sewer, trash removal(up to two bags a week), lawn care, snow removal, and pets in the monthly cost. Electric and oil will be the responsibility of the tenants. Tenants will have access to the very large back yard which accounts for approximately 1.5 acres as well as Willow creek that borders the property. The Willow glen playground is just a 4 minute walk from the house. The house is is in Schuylkill Valley School district. This is a rural property next to a farm. You will hear chickens, roosters, turkeys, dogs barking, and likely other animals. There is also archery and rifle hunting that occurs on the adjacent property & by property owners. If either of these is an issue for you, do not apply!! The property owners will be your neighbors. To give you a summary the downstairs has a walk-in mudroom/laundry room with full bathroom. There is a combined kitchen and dining area, and then large 19x14ft living room. Upstairs, there is a large common area, two large bedrooms, a powder room, and a third smaller bedroom.
