The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishware and flatware, cooking basics, and spices. You'll also find in-unit laundry with 2 washer and dryer sets, laundry detergent, an iron and board, towels and linens, trash bags and paper towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer. Parking is available in the garage (2 vehicles) and driveway (2 vehicles), with free street parking and an EV charger on-site. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee. Enjoy the spacious deck with mountain and lake views. The house is perfectly located near plenty of year-round attractions, including Heavenly Mountain for skiing and local beaches and hiking trails for warmer days. Emerald Bay State Park is just 7 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The fireplaces are decorative only and not available for guest use. Guests do not have access to the community amenities. Area rangers strictly enforce all vacation rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc), and the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000. To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street. Camping on the property is not allowed. This 2-story house requires using 2 exterior steps to enter. While 2 of the home’s bedrooms are accessible on the 1st floor, an interior staircase is required to reach the home’s main living space, kitchen, and 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the front and rear exteriors of the home overlooking the front yard and backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion. [SI]
