I’m renting out just one room, Room 3, in a big shared house. All the other rooms are full, so you’ll be joining eight great tenants total in the house. Room 3 itself is very spacious and comes fully furnished—you’ll get a full-size bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and a closet. You’ll be sharing a full sized bathroom with one other tenant who is very clean so I expect the new tenant to be the same.
