Nestled on Baltimore's north side, Poplar Hill is one of the city's most charming neighborhoods. A pocket of wooded hills and winding streets, Poplar Hill offers picturesque homes atop manicured lawns. The many backyard streams feed into nearby Jones Falls, a nearly 18-mile stream that runs through Baltimore.
