There is a 24-hour patrol of the expansive grounds which include 5 heated swimming pools, 4 Jacuzzi's, 2 large ponds, 2 tennis courts, an exercise room, 2 sauna's and a recreation room. Laundry facilities are located on-site. This unit is situated on a tranquil 24-acre park abounded with lushly landscaped open areas. Please note not all pictures showing the exterior of the complex are the view from the Condo. This condo is immediately available to rent. The picture of Lake Murray was not taken from the condo, the picture of the pool and ponds are to show some of the amenities and some were taken from the condo and some from the grounds.
