When it was completed in 2019, 570 Broome Street was a big deal, not only for its fascinating silhouette of floor-to-ceiling Schüco glass panels placed into a sand-hued stone facade, but also the fact that it was purportedly self-cleaning (more on that in a bit). Designed by acclaimed architect Tahir Demircioglu of Builtd, the 25-story condominium includes 54 residences, with interiors styled after the lofts that West SoHo is known for by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, who still maintain a stronghold among the city’s most coveted design firms. “It’s a very beautiful building,” says Brandon Bogard, a licensed real estate salesperson at SERHANT. “It’s in a great location where you’re at the nexus of Tribeca, Soho-proper, Hudson Square and Greenwich Village.
