Sit outside on the large covered patio to enjoy the expansive views or watch your kids play in the spacious yard and log cabin playhouse. Or imagine your views from the hot tub on a cool winter evening! An outdoor dog kennel is also available for tenant use. Landlord maintains landscaping and includes water and trash costs in the rent. Tenant will be responsible for natural gas and electricity. Pets are negotiable for additional rent but animals must remain in the fenced yard and not bother the livestock.
