The other tenants are single working professionals. Quiet, mature household. Available July 1, 2026. Month-to-month rental — flexible, no long-term commitment required. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. No pets. No indoor smoking. Best fit for a traveling nurse who wants real recovery space between shifts or a remote worker who needs room to spread out.
