Cable TV is provided in the living room with a 55'' HD TV, while Netflix is available in all other rooms. Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. To reach the property, take Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, then turn right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to gain access. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access. Four bicycles are available upon request (check availability, send us a message!). Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as unauthorized access is considered trespassing by the HOA. The gas for the grill and fire pit is connected to propane tanks.
