There's a lovely view of the water from the living room, master bedroom and even the kitchen. The living room has a beautiful gaslog fireplace and a nook that has been used as a cozy TV area.

Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. There is a mandatory $2/mo technology fee. Move in costs include $2750 refundable security deposit and a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. Deposits may include "last month's rent", depending on strength of application.
