Lease Term: flexible 6+ month - $2500 per month. Utilities, Sling TV, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Deposit $2000. Shorter leases: $110 per day, minimum stay is 1 month. For new hires LANL covers 30 days of lodging expenses at $110 per day for postdocs, and 60 days for regular employees. Deposit: $500. It also offers an easy exit to Santa Fe! Most units in the complex are occupied by LANL employees, offering a safe, family-friendly environment. The two large bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath are downstairs. The living room opens to a fenced, furnished patio. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware you need for cooking a real meal. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a day bed with a roll-out bed. Portable air conditioner and ceiling fans keep home comfortable in summer. For LANL reimbursement for short stays we provide an invoice and a short term lease agreement. Please note, there is also a $150 cleaning fee per stay, not covered by LANL. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Located on the Pajarito Plateau, on the eastern edge of the Jemez Mountains, Los Alamos is a small mountain town with a rich history.
