About This Property
(347) 308-3893 - This room is shared with a roommate. I leased this room in September for $700 / mo. The rents already went up to $800/mo at the building leasing office, but my lease still has 9 months remaining at $700 price. This location is conveniently located walking distance from the SDSU campus. This area has many places to eat, and the prices are catered to students. these apartments are very well reviewed on yelp and google. Rooms have free high-speed internets included gym, underground parking(included in price) laundry room, Free tanning bed, Jacuzzi, theater room, restaurant with full kitchen, outdoor grills, private washroom, and bathroom in each suite. Room include: Fridge and microwave, bed, table and dressers. The building is kept very clean and rooms are cleaned bi-weekly by building maid. Also, each resident receives a card to access premise, so the security is great. Most of the other residents are in their mid/early twenties, however, I find that noise is kept at a minimum. The building fines residents that play music after a fixed hour. Roommate details: Roommate is very quiet and keeps to himself. He is always studying or out working. This is an optimal situation for those serious about school or like privacy but need a cost-effective place to live.
