The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 558 E 191st St
BlueSky, the managing company for this building (and many other properties) is about as inept as any company could be. The property manager does not care about any of the issues in this "newly renovated" building. We moved into the building while construction was still going on, even though we were promised that construction would be done by August 15th. They were late to finish the work, and it really shows if you just look closely at everything. Furnishings and appliances are cheap, white paint spots (and scratch marks!) on the "brand new" wooden floors, poor electrical work (seriously, we only have one outlet in the "living room"). Not to mention, the wifi has been cutting on and off for months, in-unit washer/driers flat out don't work in the majority of the units, there's barely any water pressure in the sink and shower, and the best part? Management simply doesn't seem to care! I've been lied to by management saying that they were "working on fixing the issues in the building" but it took management three months to send a technician to replace one part in my drier. For the price you're paying for this place, you might as well flush that money down the drain because you are NOT getting what you pay for here. Stay far away from any BlueSky building and take your business elsewhere where management actually cares about its tenants.
