This cabin offers sleeping accommodations for 10 and boasts some of the most spectacular views in the area. Relax in the hot tub with a beautiful mountain view, take a short hike on the 10 acres of private property behind the cabin, or roast s'mores by the massive firepit. The cabin is located up a very steep hill and features a full wrap-around driveway, making it trailer-friendly. The open floor plan combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted ceilings enhancing the spacious feel. The living area is perfect for lounging with a comfy couch, TV, and electric fireplace. The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker and microwave, Wi-Fi, a private hot tub, a TV, a charcoal grill, and a covered deck. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with essential starter packs to make your stay easier. Firewood is not provided, so guests are encouraged to purchase locally. Pets are not permitted in this cabin, and a minimum fee of $350 per pet will be charged for any unauthorized pets. While you'll love relaxing at Furnace Mountain Retreat, the location offers plenty of adventures. The famous Nada Tunnel is just twenty minutes away, offering countless hiking trails, rock climbing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and bird-watching opportunities. The Red River Gorge Scenic Byway is also nearby, perfect for hiking and wildlife spotting. For a memorable experience, visit the Natural Bridge State Resort Park or enjoy water activities at Mill Creek Lake. Nearby attractions include zip lining, rock climbing, and the Reptile Zoo. Great restaurants like Miguel's Pizza and Red River Rockhouse are also close by. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. Smoking is only allowed outside, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. Additional fees and taxes may apply, and a photo ID may be required upon check-in. The cabin is in a heavily wooded area, and guests may experience weather conditions or power outages beyond the host's control. The hosts will assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. No refunds are made for mechanical problems with the hot tub, per the terms of the rental agreement.
