Located on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona, this apartment is near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee is charged based on stay length. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through the verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
