Free parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with $5/day in the garage if the free surface lot is full or if you desire garage parking. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. We are on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
