Two covered tandem parking spaces below the building are included. Most residents in the complex must use the busier main entrance located on Canoga Ave., but this condo is located in one of the only buildings with a private, gated entrance located on Owensmouth Ave. The Met, situated in the highly prestigious Warner Center, is an exclusive, guard-gated community spread across 26 acres. The community consists of resort-style amenities, including four pools, a fitness center, six tennis courts, a children's playground, a poolside deck, an indoor basketball court, and a racquetball court. This complex is within a short distance to Whole Foods Market and a very short drive to a park, Ralphs, Costco, and the Village at Westfield Topanga. Dogs are allowed with approval (no aggressive breeds), and NO CATS. The fireplace is non-functioning and decorative only. **Please note** This unit does NOT come with a washer or dryer nor are there hookups. There is a community laundry room located on the first floor of the building. Water and trash Included. Tenant pays for gas, electricity, cable and internet. - Security Deposit: $2,100 - $150 non-refundable pet fee (if applicable) - Minimum 1 year lease required.
