This complex is within a short distance to Whole Foods Market and a very short drive to a park, Ralphs, Costco, and the Village at Westfield Topanga. Dogs are allowed with approval (no aggressive breeds), and NO CATS. The fireplace is non-functioning and decorative only. **Please note** This unit does NOT come with a washer or dryer nor are there hookups.
