NEIGHBORHOOD & UNIT: Welcome to this wonderfully newly updated two bed, one bath in the heart of the sought after Saint Louis Hills/Princeton Heights neighborhood. You are merely a walk away from the delicious local or chain restaurants that Hampton offers, grocery stores in Hampton Village Shopping with Target right across the street, and Francis Park only a mile away with a brewery to open there soon! Aside from the neighborhood itself, this stunning apartment has the character, the charm, and the newer interior! As soon as you walk in from the South facing entrance you are greeted with the spacious, continuous living room and dining room space, showcasing the hardwood floors and stained glass windows but accompanied by newer double pained ones almost entirely throughout. The first bedroom is right off of the dining room with even more glorious natural light. As you walk down the hallway, the tiled floor and tub surround shine in the bathroom with newer fixtures. The programmable thermostat is just outside of that to regulate the central HVAC. Walking through the door across from the bathroom, you'd find yourself in the basement looking at the washer/dryer machines INCLUDED with this space and ample storage. Coming back into the apartment, the primary bedroom is on the right with one of the three ceiling fans throughout the space (along with the living room and kitchen) and yet more windows. Last but certainly not least, the eat-in kitchen humbly boasts stainless steel appliances including the dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator, a double basin sink, laminate countertops, built in pantry space, and a tiled backsplash. If you didn't get enough natural light throughout the apartment, there's plenty of it in the attached sunroom; it's ideal on those warm spring and summer months. The backyard space is perfect for hanging out, grilling, or simply playing in the grass. This apartment ALSO INCLUDES a parking spot on the pad although street parking is abundant on this one way. LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve month lease although are flexible on the dates with a desired duration ending sometime between May - September. A shortly lease may be better for those of you that aren't looking to stay for long or a longer term may suit to lock in a consistent rate for longer. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cat's are more than welcome with a $300 refundable deposit and a $25/month pet rent. Water, sewer, and trash are all included in the rent amount, however, gas, electric, and any additional services are the tenant's responsibility. Qualifications include a credit score above 600, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. This is strictly a no smoking building and a background check will be conducted. Keep in mind, renter's insurance is a requirement to live here. The application fee is only $30 and can be saved through Apartments.com if you wish to apply elsewhere! Unit availability is flexible with mid January being the latest possible move in date.
