Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau. Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk, this apartment is a 5-minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University. It's also walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District. There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the centrally located property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case. Ages 21+ to book. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses are allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
