About This Property
3Bed/2.5Bath available approximately August 1, 2023. Currently taking applications. This townhome was built in 2021 and is part of the Linden Trails subdivision on the west side of Idaho Falls. The unit features 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs. On the first floor is a spacious living and kitchen/dining area with a half bathroom. The unit is equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, central heating and air conditioning, and in-laundry stackable washer and dryer. The unit also has a small private and enclosed back patio area which opens to a larger landscaped common area. Smoking and vaping in the unit are prohibited. There are two assigned parking stalls, and unassigned parking stalls are also available. There is no covered parking. We are offering a 12-month lease at $1,650/month plus the $75/month fee for the HOA. A security deposit equal to one month of rent is required. Tenants pay for all utilities. Pets will be considered for an additional monthly fee and non-refundable deposit. There are breed and size restrictions on dogs. There is no initial application fee, but if approved then a $50 charge will be applied at the beginning of the lease. We are seeking applicants who have verifiable income greater than 3.0x the monthly rent, average or better credit, and verifiable work and rental history. There are tenants currently occupying the unit. Please respect their privacy.
