Furnished vacation rental- Adorable gated community located just 1 mile away from the beach and downtown Encinitas. This friendly neighborhood features a pool/spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The home is beautifully equipped and delightful with a spacious deck and patio area, perfect to entertain and wind down. 1 month rent minimum. This home is available between June 25th and August 8th 2024. You will enter on the main floor where the kitchen/living space is and then descend downstairs to access the bedrooms. You are not underground just along a hillside. This is wonderful, especially in the summer, because it keeps the bedrooms cooler during the warmer summer days. The majority of the widows are at the backside of the home that faces northwest. There are no other residents that face this side of the home, so there is plenty of privacy. There are small offices below that operate M-F and some homes out in the distance. We are part of attached town homes, so you do share walls with neighbors to the right and left, but there is nobody above or below you. The homes are staggered a bit, so noise has not been an issue, but please be respectful of the neighbors. We enjoy the neighbors we have and would like to remain in their good graces. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the office/shed in the backyard, the bedroom closets, and the cabinets in the garage. This is our home, so we have tucked away some of our personal items to make it a more enjoyable experience for you!
