Rye is known for its beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, and coastal fun, ideally situated between Hampton to the south and Portsmouth to the north. This home is a 4-minute drive to the beach and a 10-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, so a car is needed to get around. Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Guests must be 25 years old to book. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Additional payment will be requested for any extra clean-up required due to pets. No house parties are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
