About This Property
There are individual rooms for rent in this 6 bedroom home close to campus. Each bedroom has a "jack and jill" bathroom that is shared with one other bedroom. Each bedroom has its own sink and vanity. This home is available as an entire rental and the preference is that rooms are occupied by known roommates. In other words, we prefer not to rent to 6 strangers but to a group that has found each other and agreed to live together. We are willing to rent the unit to less than 6 occupants or to individual occupants. On the entry level is the living area and open kitchen and dining area. There are also two bedrooms on the entry level. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large basement with 3 separate areas to set up amenities and activity areas. Rent is $750 per room There is a utility charge based on an the average monthly utility bills. A refundable security deposit of $1000 per occupant. A $200 per occupant student leasing fee. This rental is available to students only. All applicants MUST have a guarantor. This beautiful student rental was just purchased and is being listed close to the start of school. Depending on interest the owner may agree to partial occupancy if 6 occupants cannot be obtained. This home is managed with excellence by Tim Allen and the Local Rental Team at West USA Realty.

Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. It is in the shadow of the state's tallest mountain -- Humphreys Peak, and it is home to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. It is also near the Wupatki National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Meteor Crater, and Grand Canyon National Park. But while the outdoor adventures in Flagstaff range from hiking and mountain biking to snow skiing and snowboarding, this isn't just a resort city -- Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University, a top-ranked, public research university established in 1899.
Being home to one of the world's best universities is just the beginning. Flagstaff is also the location of the Lowell Observatory, one of the oldest observatories in the country, dating back to 1894. Considered one of the world's most important places, the observatory was where Pluto was discovered in 1930.
