Remington at Ladera Ranch is a great community for anyone. The staff is wonderful and they go out of their way to help you through the leasing process and also to help if any issues arise. The physical facility is beautiful and all amenities are within walking distance.
The Remington is conveniently located and well maintained. There are several different floor plans and a great office staff.
Its a nice place with convenient shopping areas & and overall a nice staff.
We feel very comfortable and safe here, it is in a great location, office and maintenance staff have been very professional and friendly. We are happy that we chose Remington as our home.

We have lived at Remington for almost 2 years. It is a quiet community, secluded and yet close enough to shopping. We have enjoyed many of the amenities, including the fitness center, pool, Monday afternoon movies, BQs, exercise classes, library and morning coffee in the community room. We would highly recommend it!

I love my experience at the Remington, Ladera Ranch. My apartment home has been freshly updated with a lovely view of the well manicured gardens just outside my spacious patio. The staff and management are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend Remington to anyone looking for Senior 55 living.

Remington apartments are attractive in look and location. I particularly like the open hallways as you dont feel as if you are going into a dark dreary hallway. Apartments are large enough and the rent is within area standards.

Remington at Ladera is a very nice place to live. It's a quiet place [55 ] within a new structure next to rolling hills, trees and hiking trails. The beach is only 15 min away or 10 miles. Shopping/gas within walking distance. Gym, pool and jacuzi on site.
