Master bedroom has large walk in his and her closets and a garden tub. Large outside tiled patio, all windows have 3M crystalline heat rejecting film so electric is very inexpensive. Excellent neighborhood! 12 month minimum lease $2,200/month. First month, and one month's security deposit due at lease signing ($4,400). Please note that we will not rent to: 1) Smokers 2) Anyone without proof of income (Current paystub, W2, Tax return) 3) Anyone with a credit score below 650 4) Anyone with bad references 5) Anyone with a criminal conviction 6) Anyone with prior evictions 7) Anyone with large dogs or cats 12 month minimum lease.
