This unit is a 2bdrm 2 full bathroom apartment on the 1st floor of a historic apartment house in the prestigious Heritage Hill neighborhood. The bathrooms will be brand new, the kitchen will be high end and brand new with granite countertop, eat at bar, stainless steel front appliances, all new cabinets. The floor will be vinyl plank flooring throughout and the walls will be painted either bright white or agreeable grey. The apartment has a private entrance off the side of the house closets to the rear on site parking. The unit has direct access to the basement where you will find a well lit clean room with coin washer and dryer inside for your use. To rent this unit you will not put any utilities in your name, we will have them in our name, and bill you back a small monthly fee each month. We looking forward to working with you!
