Photos in the listing are dated a couple years, so the bunk room and the office room have been converted to two queen bedrooms. The community offers guest parking spots, but the property has room for one car in the garage and a covered space behind the garage. 12 month lease term preferred, but shorter lease terms will be subject to a rent increase. Owner pays HOA fees which include trash and recycling. Tenants are responsible for wifi, gas, electric, and water. First months rent and security deposit are due upon signing.
