The second primary suite has an en-suite bath, California king tempur-pedic mattress from which you can enjoy harbor views from bed. This room includes a walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and an alcove with a desk looking out to the ocean. The secluded third bedroom has a comfortable queen murphy bed, ocean views, a large walk-in shower and a dedicated office space. All bedrooms have privacy and space from one another as well as access to the expansive backyard. The outdoor covered patio includes a large ceiling fan, heaters for the chilly nights, outdoor speakers and cozy Restoration Hardware seating. Lay by the pool on the chaise lounges and watch the boats and the red tail hawks soar by. When you have finished your day enjoying all that Montecito & Santa Barbara has to offer, come back where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. Choose to dine al fresco or in the dining room which has a lovely large round table with seating for 8. Watch a movie in the living room on the 70" TV with 5 channel surround sound while you relax in front of the fireplace.
