About This Property
Looking for a rental experience that reflects our NH history? This post and beam home was built by Judge Emerson in 1781 and retains much of its original features including beautiful wide-board wood floors throughout and original fireplaces. (Sorry, insurance company does not allow for real fires in them.) The large sunny eat-in kitchen boasts pine cabinets and plenty of counter-space and is complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The newer 12 over 12 windows are in keeping with the charm of the era. The separate dining room looks out to a large backyard and patio and has a full wall of beautiful floor to ceiling formal wood cabinets. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a 3/4 bath and two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Located on the sunny side of the street; you are going to love the bright sun streaming in the front of the house. Unfortunately, this home is not a good fit for pets as the wide-board pine floors were recently refinished. The home is located in a pleasant countryside just 3 miles to downtown Plymouth. Please fill out the online rental application with a credit & background check. The cost is $38 per applicant. Tenants to pay electric and heat. Tenant to purchase pro rated fuel in tank upon move in. Rental payment includes plowing and lawn care.
