Upstairs you will find a good sized loft area which could be used as a home office, additional living or games room area. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two additional full sized bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which has an over tub shower. The sixth bedroom is smaller and would be the perfect place for a home office or guest bedroom. This home is owned by a seasoned investor and we are looking for a nice family that wants to call this home for a number of years. We expect you to change the A/C filter monthly, keep the home and yard looking good as the day you move in. We also expect you to pay your rent promptly and report any maintenance issues to us so they can get taken care of as soon as possible. Pool service and pest control are included in the rent. Lawn services are available at an additional monthly fee. It's close to Poinciana High school, Oren Brown Middle School, and Reedy Creek Elementry. No rear neighbors and your own private backyard pool. We work as a team so when you call anyone of us can help you. REQUIREMENTS & PARTICULARS: • Do you live local to the area? • Are you a US citizen or are a legal resident alien? • Do you have stable employment? • How many adults and children will be living in the home? • Do you have any pets (pet fee is $250 nonrefundable per pet max of 2 pet less than 35 pounds each)? • When do you need to move by? • All adults over the age of 18 must fill out an application and be listed on the lease. • Household net income must be over 3 times the monthly rent. • If your credit score is under 650 the last month rent is required. • Good references, rental history, we run full background, credit and employment checks on all applicants. • No evictions • No commercial vehicles allowed. Anyone staying in the home for more than 72 hours MUST BE LISTED ON THE LEASE AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION which is online under the tenants tab on our website.
