This adorable unit is available for move in as of December 8th, 2025. It is currently occupied. Out of respect to the current tenant we will be showing the unit on scheduled days to any interested prequalified applicants. This requires you to fill out the application on Hemlane. Any/All co-applicants must be added at this time as well. You will not be charged any application fees for this pre-Application viewing. After prequalification and a scheduled viewing, if moving forward, the application(s) will be requested to be ran, including a background screening. This is a nonrefundable $40 fee per applicant. The $1000 deposit will be required to secure the unit. Deposit is refundable if application isn’t approved. First & Last months rent due at move in.
