The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and kid-friendly dishes. The living room, framed by a charming, weathered Western barn, is a cozy retreat with a plush couch (including a chaise lounge that converts into a sleeper trundle) and a large flat-screen smart TV. The bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and has an en-suite bathroom complete with a tub and shower combination. Convenient amenities like a stacked washer and dryer make stays both comfortable and practical. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy access to your streaming services, or unplug with a selection of board and card games. Maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. Set just west of Victor amid open farmland, this home offers a spacious valley setting with smooth access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Life on the quiet side of the Tetons means expansive views, dark skies, and nearby access to rivers and trail systems, with hiking, fishing, biking, and sunset watching available far beyond park boundaries. Grand Teton National Park is about 1 hour (39.4 miles) away, with Yellowstone’s West Entrance at 1 hour 42 minutes (92.3 miles) and the South Entrance at 2 hours 7 minutes (91.8 miles). Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort is 33 minutes (20.0 miles), while Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is 54 minutes (35.7 miles). Driggs is 12 minutes (7.9 miles), Victor 17 minutes (10.0 miles), Jackson 55 minutes (34.5 miles), and Teton Village 54 minutes (35.7 miles). Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events are allowed. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises.
