The layout includes a main level with a king-size bedroom, full bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen, and living room, plus a loft with two queen beds and a second full bathroom. This property features an updated kitchen with full appliances, fast Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. The spacious living room offers a cozy setting after a day in Yellowstone. The modern kitchen provides all the essentials for easy meal prep, and the bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy outdoor seating and a grill for lakeside BBQs. Trailer parking is available, and pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Emotional support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as service animals under the ADA. This home is the favorite base for exploring Yellowstone and nearby attractions, including Henry’s Lake State Park (3 miles), snowmobile trail access (5 miles), and trophy trout fishing on Henry’s Lake (3 miles). Island Park Reservoir and Peaceful Harriman State Park are both 23 miles away, while Big Springs & Johnny Sack Cabin are 22 miles away. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles and one 16’ trailer year-round. The fire pit is unavailable during winter months. Being right on the water, seasonal bugs are common in spring and summer, so bring insect repellent for outdoor activities. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is not pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. No garbage or debris should be left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle located on the property; a $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose. Please be cautious and store food/garbage in bear-proof containers and do not approach wildlife; no food/drink to be left outside unattended. No firing of weapons of any kind is allowed on the property. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules. No large bonfires are allowed, and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons; no pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned in the fire pit.
