Two garages available for smaller vehicles (no SUVs) with additional off street parking available. Storage space also available in unfinished basement area.
RENT & UTILITIES: $2,600/mo includes lawn care and internet. All utilities (water, sewer, elec and natural gas) are tenants' responsibility. Non-refundable pet fee of $300, maximum two pets. Owner reserves the right to deny certain pets based on wear and impact on property. All service and support animals permitted by law, with appropriate paperwork provided.
