This rental is intended for shorter term leases of 4-12 months, and can be extended on a month-to-month basis thereafter. High speed internet and lawn care included in rent. Stackable washer & dryer available for use. Two garages available for smaller vehicles (no SUVs) with additional off street parking available. Storage space also available in unfinished basement area. RENT & UTILITIES: $2,600/mo includes lawn care and internet. All utilities (water, sewer, elec and natural gas) are tenants' responsibility. Non-refundable pet fee of $300, maximum two pets. Owner reserves the right to deny certain pets based on wear and impact on property. All service and support animals permitted by law, with appropriate paperwork provided. ALL TENANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE BEFORE MOVE-IN - additional fees may apply.
