Additionally, there’s a 12 x 24 detached garage/workshop. The cabin is located less than 10 minutes from Clayton, offering plenty of shops and restaurants to explore! ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED FOR 1 MONTH LEASE Each Tenant over the age of 18 is required to submit an Application that includes Previous Rental History, Employment History, References, Credit Report, and Background Check.
