nice apartments clean comfortable and affordable. I would like to move here. I have a Chinese shar-pei and would like to take her with me.
Great Value even without the discount for paying early. Great location and walking distance to Martinsburg HS, MS and elem schools. Right off of Rt 9 and minutes from I81.
