It’s also one of the 10 tiniest houses in Boston, period. Despite its diminutive size, Snow Hill certainly packs a lot in. There’s a bedroom loft with a new queen bed for one thing, and a full modern kitchen. There is also a new large tiled shower and a comfy living room with rocking chair. There’s even a fireplace and a private patio where you can have your morning coffee or sip some wine. From the cast iron spiral staircase that takes you up to the cozy bedroom loft, to The living room adorned with old world rough pine paneling and a brick fireplace. Located in the heart of Boston's historic North End, this single cottage, flooded with natural light from the skylights, was originally used as a sculptor's studio in the early 1960's. For the past 95 years this property has been one of the most charming residences in the North End. The modern full kitchen is ready to serve a delicious home made meal, that can be eaten either outside on the beautiful flower designed patio or inside on the new glass dining table, either way you choose, you dine in comfort. The bathroom is very modern and luxurious with a subway tiled large shower with a Carrera marble bench seat and heated floors. The dining area seats four and the living area has a brand new convertible bed, and a electric recliner chair, where you can sit back and relax as you watch the Sony 40" smart TV, or listen to our collection of music Cd's, or you can watch a movie on the Blu ray player with the collection of movies we have available. After a day of walking the Freedom Trail you will retire comfortably to The bedroom loft with it's new queen size bed with gel foam mattress, a laptop work desk is available for those who wish to read their Email or surf the internet. A large dresser will store your clothes so you don't have to live out of your suit case. Outside awaits one of the nicest rooms we offer, A comfortable patio with a table, umbrella and chairs, where you you can enjoy feasting on your home cooked meals, or just relaxing and sipping your morning espresso or your evening glass of wine. The North End, Boston’s “Little Italy,” is famous for its Italian food and feasts. It is Boston’s oldest neighborhood, a one-square-mile waterfront community not far from Faneuil Hall with a population of about 10,000. With close to 100 restaurants, Pastry shops and boutiques, you just can't go wrong if you like to eat and shop .At the top of the hill lies a dog park for those who bring Fido and a parking garage is also located at the end of the street.
