Each bedroom includes it's own balcony accessible from sliding doors. Enjoy your days overlooking the northern view with the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay on each side. Amenities include: Recreation room, fitness room, 2 washers and dryers on each floor, heated pool and sundeck with tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. Step off the sundeck and walk right onto the powdered sand and dip your toes in the Gulf waters. One reserved parking spot and plenty of guest parking. Close to a variety of restaurants, and shopping. NO PETS as per HOA. All taxes and utilities (up to $200/month) included in monthly rental, including cable, wifi, and phone. 3 month minimum rental as per board regulations. 3 months rent plus one month security deposit must be paid upon lease signing. $50/per adult background Check with application, $100 Board application fee, 20 days for Board approval of lease. $200 cleaning fee
