The Seamark is ideally positioned in the center of St Pete Beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and bars with live music or famous Corey Avenue to browse the Sunday Market and Art Fairs. 90 days minimum rental. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the unit. Rent includes Water, sewer, trash removal, high speed internet, basic cable and on-site parking. Washers and Dryers on each floor. $150 rental application fee for condo association approval and background check. Lease agreement required. August to November at 3500$/mo and December to April at 4500$/mo. First, Last, Security, and move out clean due at signing.
