But don’t take my word for it – here are just a few comments we’ve already received from Current and Past Residents: Tanya and Wayne were the best and most professional property managers I’ve come across whilst living in Peterborough and attending Trent. They went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in excellent and clean condition upon move in, and throughout the year if any issues arose, they’d take care of it in less than 24 hours. In fact, Tanya and Wayne were such great property managers I had recommended an apartment of theirs to a close friend, who now happily rents from them. The rent and offered utilities/services were quite fair and the location of the apartment was within walking distance of the bus stop, stores, and laundry to name a few. I never felt like anything was too far. Overall, Grills Apartments is an excellent rental company who truly understand the difficulties students face when trying to find fair and affordable housing in Peterborough.
