This beautifully appointed studio suite is your tropical retreat in the heart of Hanalei Bay. Enjoy sweeping Bali Hai ocean and mountain views, a private lanai with seating for sunset enjoyment, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The suite includes a split A/C, ceiling fan, TV with cable and DVD/Blu-ray player, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic dishware. Note that there is no kitchen, microwave, hotplate, or stove due to county regulations. Additional fees charged by the resort upon arrival include a $50 check-in fee, a $25 daily resort fee per unit, and a $20 daily parking fee if applicable. All fees are subject to local taxes and may change without prior notice. For stays over 10 nights, a mid-stay clean may be required for an additional fee. Coin-operated laundry is available onsite at the guest’s expense. During your stay, enjoy access to all Hanalei Bay Resort amenities, including two swimming pools, a large hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a business center, a hospitality lounge, a beach access path, community BBQs, and a scenic fire pit lounge. While this unit’s Building 7 is not under renovation, a roof replacement project in other parts of the resort will begin on September 9, 2024, lasting 8 to 10 weeks from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Expect construction noise and possible scaffolding in other areas. Due to Hawaii's tropical climate, tiny seasonal gnats may be present during winter months. To minimize their presence, keep doors and windows closed and use available screens, though small insects may still pass through. The TV includes basic cable only, with no streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Prime provided. This unit is privately owned and not serviced with daily housekeeping. No smoking and no pets are allowed.
