The unit also includes a washer and ventless dryer, air conditioning throughout, and basic cable TV. Mandatory resort fees are paid at check-in, including a $50 one-time check-in fee plus tax, a $25 per night resort fee plus tax, and a $20 per night parking fee per vehicle plus tax if applicable. The resort fee includes Wi-Fi, pools, tennis, fitness center, business center, and shuttle service. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10 or more nights and will incur an additional fee. Located on Kauai’s lush North Shore, enjoy panoramic views and resort amenities like pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and dining. Ideal for families or couples. Starting September 9, 2024, a roof replacement project will occur in surrounding buildings, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 8 to 10 weeks. Noise may be heard during these hours. Departure cleaning is included in your reservation, but no daily maid or towel service is provided as this is a privately owned unit. Basic cable TV is included, but streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Prime Video are not available. During Hawaii’s winter months, tiny gnats may be more present due to the tropical climate. Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed. Though rare indoors, their presence is part of the natural ecosystem.
