This is a one-of-a-kind Bird Rock/La Jolla living experience. The minute you walk in the door, you will fall in love with this beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The views are even better in person than photos can capture! This spacious 1,015 sq ft home offers an open floor plan with plenty of seating. Perfect for working from home there's even an adjustable desk by the northwest-facing ocean-view window. Enjoy high-quality appliances, countertops, furnishings throughout, and adjustable beds for a slow-morning wake-up or movie night. The bedroom can be configured with one king bed or two XL twin beds all with fine linens. You'll find a standard closet, a separate walk-in closet, a second adjustable work from home desk, and a Smart TV. The living area features a comfortable couch and ottoman for lounging, a 55-inch Smart TV, leather chair, electric fireplace, and a second couch that can be used as an extra sleeping option. Two opposing sliders open onto a furnished balcony overlooking the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the island is perfect for preparing meals together. A recently renovated laundry closet houses a brand-new washer dryer combo* (not the stackable shown in the photo). *Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Washer Dryer Combo 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer and VENTLESS Heat Pump Dryer High-speed internet and bedroom A/C are included. Patio door and all windows offer screens. One of the condo's great pleasures is the ocean breeze and subtle sound of waves at night and the feeling of privacy. The unit faces Chelsea St., popular with bikers, joggers, and lined with beautiful homes. Location: coffee shops, bakeries, surf shops, restaurants, wellness studios, bars, convenience stores, and groceries are just steps away. Walk to the beach, start a bike tour, surf, watch the sunset, or visit Calumet Park all from your front door. The recreation room offers a pool table and limited weights; the common deck has lounge chairs and a propane fire pit. Parking: one garage space (fits an SUV) plus free street parking. Private entrance from Chelsea St. Bike and surfboard storage available in the garage. Max occupancy: 3 people (2 adults max) plus one baby under 2 years old. NO pets NO smoking For stays longer than a month, a mandatory cleaning is required every 4-6 weeks. BOOKING PROCESS: After your booking request was confirmed, kindly send us your email address so we can send you our rental agreement along with a secure link to complete ID verification and a standard background screening for each person staying. These steps must be completed within 18 hours of booking. This process allows us to verify identity and ensure that basic rental criteria are met e.g., a history free of prior evictions or serious criminal offenses (all screenings are conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable housing laws). It also gives you time to review the rental agreement in full. If you choose not to proceed, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. We look forward to hosting you!

For a beachside picnic barbecue, head for La Jolla Hermosa Park. At Calunet Park, watch surfers ride the waves at the popular Rock Pile site. Afterward, get some exercise and catch the lovely ocean views along the Bird Rock Bike Path.
